I focus on understanding users' needs, pain points, and behavior. Then I test and iterate until the solution meets user needs and business goals.
Interaction Design
Before I jump into UI Design, I do user flows, wireframe different possibilities, and create the storytelling to design the best workflow to get the task done.
UX Writing
I'm empathetic with the users to guide them so they put the minimum effort when using a product. I also design the tone and voice to give them an experience they love.
Mobille UX Design
I follow a mobile-first approach. This helps me to focus on the most important features and tasks. Also, it allows the possibility to personalize the experience using the device's functions.

Improving the experience of buying an insurance
I worked on three different projects achieving to offer alternatives for clients to buy an insurance policy having remote support from an agent.
Adding value & aesthetics for crypto traders
I redesigned the UI based on the brand's identity, created a Style guide to keep consistency, did user research and designed 2 new features based on it.
Designing alternatives for broke driving schools
My partner and I attained to design an MVP of a new product to digitalize driving schools in Spain and incorporate them into Dribo's business model.
Making easier to find government services
I redesigned user flows, wireframed the new site's pages and did card sorting workshops reaching to improve findability of services.

It was very pleasant to work with Dorian. She helped us a lot to define the MVP by actively getting involved in areas that I consider fundamental. She's a person who has great initiative and I consider it extremely valuable that she always goes out of scope in favor of building quality products.
